To view statements, select "“学生网络顾问” 然后"View Account and Make 支付." Electronic billing allows students to view their most recent account information and make payments online. Students can view a breakdown of their charges, 他们的课程表, 接受的经济援助, 平衡信息, and due dates through the 自助服务菜单. As soon as a student registers for classes at LMU, the billing statement is made available. Students are responsible for monitoring their MyLMU accounts and making payment arrangements before the billing due date.

Students may pre-register for classes but will only be considered to have completed registration once payment arrangements are finalized, and the student does not owe a balance. Once a student’s registration is completed, the student will receive an email notification to their LMU email account. If revisions are made to the student’s schedule, 住房/食品选项, 或者提供经济援助, the student's completion status may change. 当进行修改时, students should monitor their billing statements in the MyLMU 自助服务菜单. 在帐单到期日之前, students not coded as registration complete will receive a registration incomplete email reminder to their LMU email account. Accounts that are past due will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance owed. Late fees will start being accessed on October 31 for the fall semester, March 31 for the spring semester, and July 31 for the summer semester and will be charged on the last day of each subsequent month until the account is paid in full, or the student signs a repayment agreement.   

When enrolled in a payment plan, payments are due on the 1st of each month. Failure to make a payment will result in a $20 late fee that will be charged on the 7th of the month if payment is not received. Students who habitually fail to make their monthly payments may not be eligible to utilize the payment plan for future semesters.

When there are unpaid debts, an account hold may be placed on the student’s account. An account hold limits the student’s access to student services, such as registering for classes and requesting transcripts. Holds are removed when the unpaid debt is resolved.
